Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage overall store operations including sales, inventory, and staff management.
Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
Monitor product display, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales.
Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with the head office for operational needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Track and minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock discrepancies.
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.
2-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail/supermarket role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of inventory and sales management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
