Location: Santacruz (West), Mumbai

Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Department Manager Home & Personal Care to lead operations, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience in this key category.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Home & Personal Care department, ensuring attractive merchandising and stock availability. Drive sales performance and achieve departmental targets. Manage inventory, control shrinkage, and coordinate replenishment. Lead, train, and motivate the department team for top performance. Build strong vendor relations and coordinate with procurement teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards. Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline 3/5 years of experience in retail/FMCG, ideally in Home & Personal Care not mandatory Strong leadership, communication, and customer service orientation. Ability to manage teams and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
