Job description -

Plan, develop, and implement laundry and dry cleaning safety and security programs and activities Full P&L responsibility for the store. Manage 8 stores and franchise stores and backend washing & irnong workshop Manage store managers, SOPs, monitor day to day activities Develop sustainable and Innovative ideas and implement them Manage the blue-collar executive team - motivate them, ensure compliance to processes Maniacal focus on developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures Confer with department heads to coordinate laundry and dry cleaning activities. Monitor and manage the employees of the workshop.(blue collar). Make sure workshop is running smoothly and efficiently. Make sure the day to day SOPs are followed and machines are monthly serviced. Prepare and manage laundry store's budgets. Supervise the activities of workers engaged in examine and sort into lots articles to be cleaned, according to color, fabric, dirt content, and cleaning technique required Prepare or direct preparation of correspondence, reports, and operations, maintenance, and safety manuals. Review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments. Inspect physical conditions of laundry stores and dry cleaning machines, equipment, and maintenance, repair, or.
Interview, select, and train laundry dry cleaning and supervisory personnel.

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. manage approx. 60 employees daily.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
