Stock Turnover Ratio 1:2

Dead Stock and slow-moving stock as % of Turnover or unsold inventory as % of turnover

Unaccounted stock

Stock out - if stock is available at warehouse. - if not

Fast moving and slow-moving MIS reporting - loss on store discounts on unsold material (dead stock)

Customer loyalty program

Customer Feedback rating > 8 plus

360-degree rating feedback

Employee - bouquet and brickbats score

Reporting head evaluation

HR score

Competency increment score

Customer Grievance handling / returns handling / complain

Perform various tasks as and when given by the senior management.
