Role Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our artefacts and lighting showroom. The role includes managing sales, staff, housekeeping, loaders, and ensuring a smooth and visually appealing store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including team management and inventory control Drive sales performance by meeting monthly targets and delivering exceptional customer service Maintain attractive product displays and ensure overall store presentation aligns with brand standards Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming store environment Coordinate with loaders for smooth stock movement, deliveries, and in-store handling Manage accurate billing, cash handling, and smooth operation of POS systems Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, and vendors Prepare and maintain basic reports related to sales, inventory, and daily operations

Requirements:

3-5 years of retail experience (home decor/lighting preferred) Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills Basic computer and billing system knowledge

Location : Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
