DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (STORE MANAGER)
Major Job responsibilities include, but are not restricted to:
1. Developing and Implementing purchase strategies
2. Maintain Supplier Database, Purchase Records & Related Documents.
3. Inventory control and determine to manage inventory needs
4. Managing supplier relation and negotiating contract, prices, timeline, quality etc.
5. Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff and allocating tasks.
6. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
7. Prepare purchase orders manual as well as system & approve it from higher authority before ordering material.
8. Regular follow-up with vendors to meet delivery on time.
9. Before purchasing Inviting Quotes ( at least three) and select suppliers on prior parameters.
10. Manage supply chain & inventory.
11. Monitor and Forecast the upcoming level & demands based on last month's conditions.
12. Always search a potential vendors.
