for Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:


Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and

adherence to company policies.


Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure products are well-

stocked and displayed.


Monitor store maintenance and cleanliness standards.

2. Sales and Customer Service:


Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring the store meets or exceeds

performance goals.


Provide excellent customer service by addressing complaints and resolving

issues.


Train staff on sales techniques and customer service best practices.

3. Staff Management:


Hire, train, and supervise store staff, including scheduling shifts and

delegating tasks.


Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement staff

development programme.
