Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:

? Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and

adherence to company policies.

? Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure products are well-

stocked and displayed.

? Monitor store maintenance and cleanliness standards.

2. Sales and Customer Service:

? Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring the store meets or exceeds

performance goals.

? Provide excellent customer service by addressing complaints and resolving

issues.

? Train staff on sales techniques and customer service best practices.

3. Staff Management:

? Hire, train, and supervise store staff, including scheduling shifts and

delegating tasks.

? Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement staff

development programme.
