Responsibilities

Team Management (CSA & Support Staff) & Team Motivation. Team Discipline & Grooming. Target Achievement: Individual, monthly & quarterly. Making and sharing daily/Monthly/ sales & Stock report. Tracking & Monitoring records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance. Cash Management (Store & Petty cash) & Banking. Stock Management (Maintaining the base Stock at all time). Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage. Monitoring stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store as per the planogram. Monitoring Plants health & Managing Store VM. Analyzing market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers. Looking for opportunities for Events & exhibitions. Customer Relationship Management: Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints. Training & Development of the store team. Preparing store team roster.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 year of experience in relevant field (retail store sales) Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
