Store Manager
to lead our retail outlet at McLeodganj / Dharamshala. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, staff management, and store operations, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
Maintain visual merchandising and stock levels.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
Coordinate with the head office for inventory and promotions.
Maintain store hygiene and brand presentation standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail or fashion store management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good understanding of sales and customer handling.
Knowledge of billing/POS systems preferred.
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
