Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all store activities including sales, inventory, and staff management.
Develop and execute
local marketing campaigns
to increase footfall and brand visibility.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing store layout.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and loyalty programs.
Manage stock levels, reordering, and vendor relationships efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in retail, marketing, or sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, POS/inventory software).
Creative mindset with an interest in growing a local brand.
