Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations: receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.

Maintain accurate inventory using ERP/software and conduct regular audits.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

Ensure proper documentation (GRNs, DCs, invoices) and compliance with SOPs.

Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Coordinate with production, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or healthcare.

Proficient in inventory software and MS Excel.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of hygiene standards and quality compliance in manufacturing environments.
