Store Manager
to lead our retail outlet in
Manali
. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales knowledge, and experience in retail operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day store performance and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and manage staff performance.
Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain visual merchandising and product display standards.
Handle billing, cash, and stock management efficiently.
Ensure high standards of customer service.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
Coordinate with head office for inventory, promotions, and staff needs.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in retail/fashion store management.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Ability to handle customer issues effectively.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems preferred.
Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
