Job Description

The Store In-Charge is responsible for effective management of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. The role ensures accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, and timely issue of materials to production while maintaining proper documentation, safety, and quality standards. The Store In-Charge coordinates closely with production, purchase, and logistics teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations, minimize wastage, and ensure on-time dispatch of finished products.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receive raw materials, components, and accessories. Verify quantity, specifications, and condition against delivery. Coordinate with QC for incoming material inspection. Reject or segregate damaged or non-conforming materials. Maintain accurate stock records Ensure minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies. Issue materials as per production requisition Ensure proper storage to avoid damage Coordinate with logistics for loading and dispatch.
Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in store or inventory management
