Store Manager Garment Showroom

:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Store Manager

to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing

garment stores

, handling

premium brands

, and leading large sales teams.

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in premium garment retail brands like

Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Peter England, Monte Carlo, Mufti, Polo, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete store operations including sales, stock, VM, cash handling, and reporting.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.

- Ensure Visual Merchandising and brand guidelines are followed consistently.

- Handle inventory management, replenishment, and shrinkage control.

- Track and analyze sales performance, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

- Maintain hygiene, discipline, and high service standards in the store.

- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

:

- Proven experience as Store Manager in

branded garment retail.

Strong leadership,

communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Result-driven with strong organizational skills.

- Knowledge of POS systems, MS Excel, and retail reporting.

Job time :-

10:00 AM To 10:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
