Store Manager (Male) - Automobile Care Products Dealer

About Us:

We are a leading dealer of automobile care products seeking a dynamic and results-oriented male Store Manager to lead our store in Sector-9, Ambala City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflows.
Drive sales and achieve targets for automobile care products.
Manage inventory, including stock ordering, receiving, display, and loss prevention.
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews for staff and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Graduate degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficient in inventory management and sales reporting.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Knowledge of automobile care products is a significant advantage.
Male candidates preferred due to specific operational requirements.
