Oversee daily operations including store opening/closing, cash handling, sales performance, customer service, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
Manage staffing needs: hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and developing team capabilities.
Drive store performance against key metrics--sales targets, customer satisfaction, inventory turnover, shrinkage control.
Ensure attractive, on-brand visual merchandising and store layout.
Handle customer queries and complaints, maintaining top-tier satisfaction.
Enforce store policies and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, health & safety regulations, and corporate standards.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure stock levels align with demand and promotions.
Generate regular reports on sales trends, customer feedback, and operational performance.
Identify and implement process improvements for cost-efficiency and enhanced customer experience.
