Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with Good of hands-on experience in managing factory stores dealing with Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations for Electrical, Mechanical & Hydraulic items Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and material classification Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials Prepare and maintain GRN, MRN, issue slips, stock registers Monitor minimum & maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, and Maintenance teams Maintain FIFO / LIFO methods as applicable Handle material reconciliation, physical stock verification, and audits Ensure proper storage, safety, and housekeeping of materials Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports Maintain records in Tally for inventory accounting Use MS Excel for stock tracking, reports, and analysis Manage scrap material records and disposal Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years experience as Store Manager in a factory environment Strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical & Hydraulic components Proficient in Tally (Inventory & Accounts coordination)

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
