Create employee schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.

Team Motivation:

Foster a positive and productive work environment to motivate and engage the team.

Sales and Revenue:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase store profitability.

Sales Analysis:

Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve performance and drive revenue.

Inventory Management:

Stock Control:

Manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and ensure products are properly stocked.

Inventory Tracking:

Track inventory accurately and identify potential losses or overstocking.

Customer Service:

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure customers receive excellent service and resolve complaints or issues promptly.

Store Appearance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Operational Management:
