Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for leading all store operations at the branch. This includes delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, maintaining brand standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and developing the in-store team. The role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail operations and the ability to inspire and manage a team to achieve consistent performance.

KRA: Task / Activities

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities with a proactive and positive attitude. Must be customer-oriented and result-driven and uphold a premium brand image through personal grooming and communication. Should exhibit integrity, punctuality, accountability, and teamwork while handling daily store operations. Passion for retail and luxury brands is highly desirable

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
