Job Description

The Store Manager will drive all aspects of store performance--from sales targets and team leadership to merchandising, inventory, and customer satisfaction--while embodying the refined yet approachable Address brand ethos.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-centric functioning.

Leading and motivating the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance

Prepare and control the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency

Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget

Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of retail experience

Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
