Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store In-Charge to manage daily store operations and lead a retail team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the retail industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily store activities

Handle stock management and inventory control

Lead, train, and supervise store staff

Monitor sales performance and meet targets

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints

Maintain store cleanliness, order, and visual standards

Coordinate with management on store performance and needs

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Basic knowledge of billing systems and retail software

Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively

Salary+ Incentive Yearly Increment

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
