We are looking for an experienced

Store Manager

for our Tanishq Jewellery showroom in Krishnanagar.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day showroom operations Achieve sales targets and drive business growth Lead and motivate the sales team Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards Handle inventory, stock audits, and loss prevention Maintain visual merchandising and showroom presentation Handle customer concerns and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Mandatory:

Experience in the

jewellery industry

3-5 years of experience in jewellery retail, including a managerial role Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery sales Ability to manage store operations independently
