Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, delivering excellent customer experience, managing staff, and ensuring brand standards.

Plan and execute in-store promotions and seasonal sales activities Analyze sales reports and take corrective actions to improve performance Set daily targets and monitor individual staff performance Ensure correct display of suits by size, fit, color, and collection Coordinate with the warehouse for stock requests and transfers Manage alterations and tailoring timelines efficiently Conduct periodic stock counts and audits Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and brand guidelines Maintain accurate sales, attendance, and expense records Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management Ensure statutory and safety compliance within the store.

Academic Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline Minimum 4 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years as Store Manager Experience in

apparel / suit brands

preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
