We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to lead daily store operations, guide the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store operations.
Lead, train, and motivate sales staff.
Monitor sales targets and achieve monthly store goals.
Ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and visual standards.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and service issues politely.
Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and company standards.
Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily reports.
Coordinate with Head Office for stock, promotions, and operations needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience (apparel preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage a team and multitask.
Basic computer knowledge (billing, reporting, stock entry).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
