Profile We are looking for a Store Manager with great enthusiasm for traveling. He/ She will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele. Candidates from KOLKATA with experience and degree (Masters\' / Bachelors) in Travel & Tourism need to apply in strict confidence. Good knowledge of English & Local languages must. Job location : Kolkata Experience Minimum 5+ yrs. experience in selling Holidays products ( OBT ,GIT , FIT ) and have worked in similar capacity. Roles and Responsibilities Developing and implementing sales plans Conducting regular sales and operations meetings Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities Drafting forecasts and business plans Proven hands on Holiday Product Knowledge and destination knowledge is a MUST Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals. Working experience in FRN outlet / Brand store eco system. Responsible for P&L, Strong in PR Value Knowledge of Operational & Visa Processing. Clear knowledge on lead generations mechanism and converting leads into business Experience in Growing Branch Revenues and Team Management. Good hands on market & client buying pattern and experience in excel and reporting\'s. ** Immediate Joiners preferred. Those not from Travel / Tourism need not apply. Only KOLKATA residents preferred** Job Type: Regular / Permanent Salary: 910,568.86 - 936,797.14 per month Schedule:
