We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance
Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and store hygiene
Handle customer issues and ensure high service standards
Manage billing, cash handling, and daily reports
Coordinate with the head office for stock, VM, and promotional activities
Monitor store KPIs and take corrective actions when needed
Maintain opening/closing procedures and store discipline
Requirements
2+ years of retail experience (apparel preferred)
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Basic knowledge of store operations, POS, and reporting
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
