Responsible for the overall performance Sales and operations of an Exclusive Brand Outlet. The role includes driving sales, ensuring SOP compliance, managing staff, maintaining stock accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service. The manager acts as the key link between the brand and store-level execution.
