Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Store Manager

to oversee daily store operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead the store team to achieve operational and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall store operations and staff supervision Ensure accurate inventory control, stock receipt, and dispatch Oversee kit issuance, returns, and asset management Maintain store records, audits, and compliance documentation Coordinate with HR, procurement, and operations teams Ensure timely reporting and MIS updates Handle vendor coordination and stock reconciliation Implement company policies and process improvements Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the store
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
