Job Description

The duties and responsibilities of a Store Manager include:

Managing the store's inventory, including ordering new stock, checking the accuracy of deliveries and organizing the stock room Overseeing the sales floor, including setting up displays and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized Providing excellent customer service, including helping customers find specific products and answering questions about fabrics Training and supervising staff, including creating work schedules and resolving conflicts Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales Processing customer transactions and handling returns or complaints Monitoring sales data and keeping records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
