Key Responsibilities:
Lead, hire, train, and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain smooth operations.
Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure productivity and high morale.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
Develop and implement strategies to attract customers, increase store traffic, and boost profitability.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment, and manage cost controls to meet budget goals.
Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily financial activities including sales tracking, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.
Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines.
Foster a positive team environment and promote staff development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the foodservice or retail industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic financial acumen for budgeting and sales analysis.
Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to the restaurant industry.
