We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Store Manager who can confidently handle the day-to-day operations of our outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire outlet independently
Supervise, guide, and support staff
Maintain smooth daily operations
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Handle rush hours, resolve issues, and maintain discipline
Monitor inventory, cleanliness, and store standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in managing a restaurant/outlet
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions
Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior
