Job Description



1.

Building a team and train them in different areas frequently.

2.

Planning and tracking the activities within the team.

3.

Ensure forecast level of demand and maintaining stock levels.

4.

General control over all activities in Stores Department

5.

Ensure safe keeping both quality and quantity of materials

6.

Ensure proper records

7.

Purchase requisition for the replacement of stock for all store items whenever

The stock level of any item approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect

Thereof.

8.

Take action for stoppage of further purchase when the stock level approached

Maximum limit.

9.

Ensure the purchased materials are received and arranged for the storage in

Appropriate places.

10.

Make sure materials in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/

Material lists.

11.

Check the book balance with the actual physical stock with frequent intervals by

the way of internal control over the wrong issues, pilferage etc.

12.

Report on stock levels and purchase requisition to the manager on a daily basis.

13.

Working with management to implement the companies' policies and goals.

14.

Maintaining reorder levels

15.

Ensuring the identification and traceability of items purchased, in-process product

& final product

Ensure that the physical stock & book stock is always balanced

Qualifications

Graduation with computer knowledge(Logistics & Supply chain) Minimum of 2 years' experience in godown management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
