We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused
Store Manager
to oversee daily store operations and lead the sales team. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth store functioning, strong customer service, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and merchandise displays.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/HO for replenishments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally.
Train team members on customer service and product knowledge.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of retail experience; apparel retail preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage team performance and handle store operations independently.
Basic computer knowledge .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
