Hotel Dass Regency is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store Manager with a background in the hotel industry to oversee our inventory, purchasing, and store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure proper stock control, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination with all hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of all food, beverage, and general items.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
Conduct daily/weekly stock verification and report discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage conditions, hygiene, and safety standards.
Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, and kitchen departments for material requirements.
Maintain minimum-maximum stock levels and reorder points.
Handle supplier coordination, invoice verification, and GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
Prepare monthly consumption and cost reports.
Support cost control and internal audit processes.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience as Storekeeper / Store Manager in a hotel or hospitality setup.
Strong knowledge of F&B materials, housekeeping, and engineering inventory.
Proficiency in MS Excel / hotel inventory software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
