Job Description

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the MAX Fashions store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and profitability targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, retail acumen, and a customer-first mindset to drive business success and team performance.

Education:

Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline)

Experience:

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail sales or store operations (preferably in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle segments)
