Responsibilities

Inventory Management

: Monitor stock levels, reorder merchandise to prevent stockouts, and conduct regular inventory reports.

Sales & Merchandising

: Implement strategies to attract customers, meet sales objectives, and enhance store profitability.

Guest Service

: Provide a welcoming and professional shopping experience for hotel guests, addressing their needs and resolving any complaints.

Staff Supervision

: Recruit, train, and motivate sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Operations & Maintenance

: Manage daily store operations, maintain a clean and hygienic environment, and ensure the proper functioning of security devices.

Compliance

: Ensure the store adheres to all health, safety, and security rules and regulations.

Reporting

: Generate reports on sales, inventory, and store performance.

Marketing

: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive store traffic and sales.
Skills and Qualifications

Leadership

: Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.

Customer Service

: A strong focus on creating a positive and professional guest experience.

Administrative Skills

: Proficiency in relevant software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
