Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction. Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate with team members to plan and implement sales strategies and promotional activities. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenses. Prepare and present sales reports to the management. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum educational qualification Degree. Proven experience in retail store management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team coordination abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications.
