Job Title : Store Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee our store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations including sales, inventory, and customer service. Lead, train, and motivate store staff to reflect our brand values. Ensure store displays and visual merchandising align with brand standards. Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Handle customer queries and provide personalized service. Maintain operational excellence and ensure adherence to company policies. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Work towards achieving sales targets and enhancing customer loyalty.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of retail/store management experience (preferably in apparel, textiles, or fashion industry).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive sales. Passion for sustainable fashion and craftsmanship is a plus.
