Join the team at Gifty's Craft Store as our next Store Manager! We're on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic leader who will take charge of daily store operations, drive sales targets, maintain inventory, and ensure every customer has a wonderful shopping experience.

What We're Looking For:

Age between 23 and 35 Minimum 2 years' experience in business development and retail management Bachelor's Degree Fluency in English (preferred) Must be able to commute or be willing to relocate to Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and guide the store team Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Oversee inventory management and sales performance Foster a friendly and inviting environment for customers and staff
