Job Description

As a PUMA Store Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences -- representing the brand with energy, agility, and a focus on excellence

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of store operations and commercial performance Analyse store KPIs and team performance to identify growth opportunities and drive key actions Build a customer-first culture, ensuring every shopper interaction reflects PUMA's brand values Lead by example -- be on the floor coaching, selling, and energising the team Champion team recruitment, onboarding, and training in line with PUMA's standards Collaborate with Area Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and improve efficiency Foster a high-performance culture: set clear goals, give real-time feedback, and manage underperformance decisively
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
