Job Title: Store Manager



Key Responsibilities:



Leadership & Team Management:



Lead, train, and motivate a team of employees, ensuring that they understand company policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures. Create work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure smooth store operations. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and coach employees for improvement.

Customer Service:



Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining a friendly, efficient, and positive atmosphere. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Promote and drive customer loyalty programs and marketing initiatives.

Operational Excellence:



Manage store inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring stock is properly stored and rotated. Oversee food safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring the store is compliant with health and safety regulations. Maintain store cleanliness, including the dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are well-organized and sanitary.

Sales & Financial Management:



Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities for increasing revenue and reducing costs. Prepare and manage the store's budget, ensuring profitability through efficient use of resources. Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and ensure that daily cash deposits are completed.

Training & Development:



Conduct training sessions for new employees, ensuring they understand Cold Stone's products, services, and operational standards. Foster an environment of growth and career development for staff, offering ongoing learning opportunities.

Compliance & Reporting:



Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations. Prepare and submit reports regarding store performance, sales, inventory, and other key metrics to upper management.

Qualifications:



Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, F&B, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in retail management, F&B or a related field. Proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing a team.

Skills:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in inventory management and retail software systems. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
