Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team, maximizing sales and profitability, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate store staff to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling. Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and trends to improve efficiency and profitability. Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained in accordance with company standards. Recruit, train, and develop store team members. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Collaborate with the head office and other departments for promotional activities and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in retail management or similar role. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
