Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and experienced

Store Keeper

with

at least 1 year of experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry

. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, tracking supplies, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Receive, inspect, and store incoming food items, beverages, and other materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and daily stock updates. Issue materials to the kitchen and service departments as per requisitions. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of stock (FIFO). Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store area, adhering to F&B standards. Monitor stock levels and alert for reorder when necessary. Assist in monthly inventory reports and coordination with the purchase team.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of food and beverage inventory practices. Familiar with stock control procedures and inventory software (Tally, MS Excel, or similar). Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Keeper in the restaurant, hotel, or F&B industry.
