Store Manager (Male)

for our

Karunagappally - KC Center

branch. We are looking for a confident, responsible, and result-oriented professional who can independently manage store operations and lead the team efficiently.

This role requires strong leadership, operational control, and excellent customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of daily store operations Team supervision, duty allocation, and performance monitoring Handling customer interactions and ensuring high service standards Sales tracking, target achievement, and reporting to management Managing stock, billing, and cash handling Ensuring discipline, hygiene, and brand standards are maintained Coordinating with the head office for reports and updates

Eligibility Criteria:

Male candidates only

Minimum

2-3 years experience

as a Store Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager Experience in

retail, salon, hospitality, or service industry

preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Basic computer knowledge (billing, reports, WhatsApp/email communication) Ability to handle pressure and manage a team independently
