Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic

Store Manager

to lead our Pizza & Wings outlet in

Karnal

. In this role, you'll take full responsibility for store operations -- from team leadership and customer satisfaction to inventory control and sales performance. If you're passionate about food, people, and delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you.

Your Role Includes:

Managing daily store functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operation Recruiting, training, and supervising staff; fostering a positive team culture Monitoring food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards Handling cash, POS systems, and daily financial reporting Driving sales targets and controlling operational costs Dealing with vendor management, ordering supplies, and stock rotation Resolving customer concerns in a professional, timely manner Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations Taking accountability for the store's performance and team productivity

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience as a store manager or supervisor in QSR, pizza, or fast food environment Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Clear communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with basic budgeting, reporting, and cost control Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred Food safety knowledge/certification is a plus
