Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Monitoring stock levels, ordering new merchandise, and managing inventory to ensure adequate supply.

Sales and Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service, making sales, and exceeding sales goals.

Financial Management:

Managing the store's budget, tracking sales, and ensuring profitability.

Staff Management:

Hiring, training, and supervising store staff.

Operational Management:

Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Marketing and Promotion:

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the store and its products.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and policies.
Additional Responsibilities:

Negotiating Contracts:

Negotiating with vendors and suppliers.

Event Planning:

Planning and executing special events, such as fundraisers and premieres.

Public Relations:

Working with the media to enhance the theater's public image.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving problems as they arise.

Budgeting:

Managing the store's budget and financial reports.

Time Management:

Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.

Communication:

Maintaining strong communication with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.

Leadership:

Leading and motivating the store team.

Inventory Accuracy:

Ensuring accurate record-keeping of all merchandise.

Point of Sale Systems:

Familiarity with ticketing software and point-of-sale systems.

Visual Merchandising:

Creating an appealing and engaging shopping environment.
