Job Description

Position: Stores Manager(Immediate joiners are preferred)

Experience: 8-10Years

Qualfication: Any Bachelor's degree with Diploma in Inventory/Stores management.

Salary: 7 to 8.5 LPA

Track inventory levels, conduct regular audits, identify shortcomings, and implement/upgrade control procedures to meet organizational needs and legal standards like ISO 9001:2015. Optimize storage layouts, routing, and oversee receiving, storing, issuing, packing, and shipping processes to minimise errors and delays. Generate reports on key metrics for stock, operations, and efficiency using ERP systems, AI tools, and other analytics platforms. Hire, train, schedule, and manage stores staff to ensure high performance and compliance with safety protocols. Serve as liaison between supply chain, production, logistics, and finance teams to align stock strategy with business goals and production schedules.
