The position objective of the Business Manager (Store Manager) is to lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, inventory control, and compliance with Nature's Basket policies and procedures. The manager is expected to drive performance, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure the store's profitability.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
Customer Experience & Sales:
Ensuring exceptional customer service and promoting a customer-centric culture among staff.
Being adaptable to changing customer needs and preferences.
Managing and delivering a profitable store by achieving the AOP, audit, and D&E target.
Taking decisions regarding customer relations and refunds/refund policies.
Store Operations & Compliance:
Leading and managing all aspects of store operations.
Ensuring the store's layout and product displays are visually appealing and in compliance with company guidelines.
Implementing effective solutions to promptly address issues, ensuring minimal disruption.
Ensuring the store layout and other implementation are according to the planogram.
Upholding all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
Team & Resource Management:
Leading by example, demonstrating professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Creating a positive and inclusive work environment where all team members feel valued and motivated.
Allocating tasks and creating duty rosters for staff.
Managing store expenses, budget, and resources effectively.
Inventory & Reporting:
Managing inventory.
Taking decisions with respect to stock proliferation.
Preparing and submitting regular reports on store performance, sales, and expenses.
Analyzing data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Ensuring timely and accurate implementation of new and existing processes, promotions, and marketing offers.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
Education:
Graduate in Hotel Management or an MBA background.
Experience:
6-8 years and above experience as a store manager or restaurant manager.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and assist a team.
Motivated to learn, with problem-solving ability and creativity.
Flexible and adaptive.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding performance

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
