Oversee day-to-day operations of the tiles retail showroom.
Manage sales team, assign tasks, and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
Guide customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable tile products.
Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of the showroom.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily sales reports, stock reports, and submit to management.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse for timely delivery and product availability.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Store Manager / Supervisor in a tiles or building materials retail shop.
Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store processes.
